for me , this game now with the current politics, itīs seem a waste of money, i enjoy every battle, but i donīt buy anything before paladin, because i only play one game every 3 months although i have a whatssap group with people that only collect groups, im the only one than ask each week for an opponent, i hope the rights of this game were sold to another Company that fights more for it, because itīs sad not enjoy a expansión for arena anymore or to see expansión that have both (a arena and an academy versión of the same mage), i believe itīs not hard to design a new mage, for example a new wizard, that could use all old wizard spells, but different powers, now it makes me sad and angry seeing all my grimories without use. Which is the point of a designer/creator to give bith to a fantastic game, seeing that people ask more of the same game (more money for me) and do nothing?

Maybe in the next future i sold all and only playing online.

i hope in the near future they make new mages for arena and put in the academy sets , i donīt believe itīs necessary (for now) a complete new mechanic for a new mage, we have plenty of them , but we need more variety in mages, new mages can use the spawnpoints of existed mages. For example they can do a Dark druid with a restriction in several cards or when the dark druid dummon a living conjuration loose the living trait...i believe there are too many ways to get happy to the community, i have tested academy and i preper ashes to academy, but i prefer arena to ashes.

In ashes, there are promo mages that are winning in tournaments and you get a pack of their special cards, if ashes can do this i donīt understaand why arcane wonders canīt do a similar thing or put a new mage arena in academy packs.

Searching a good pack of images for a Project on octgn similar, can anyone provide them? i have the octgn but the academy are in bad quality and donīt find the last releases before druid and elementalist.

Its pretty simple guys. If they get attacked by ANYTHING but a zone attack (a la ring of fire, electrify, rain of stones, akiros hammer etc) and that attack deals any damage, they take one damage. If it IS  a zone attack, they take full damage at whatever the dice for the attack rolled. If that's enough to kill them then they die.
This addresses how attack spells work with the Swarm trait.

However, I don't know if we have official clarification on how effects that deal damage from other spell types work with the Swarm trait. I don't have the set to confirm codex language, but my understanding was that other spells needed to specifically mention the Swarm trait for their effects to work. If that is true, then Idol of Pestilence, etc. would have no effect on Creatures with the Swarm trait.

I think this is part of what Isel is looking to confirm with his questions.

In the rules creatures are always living unless otherwise stated, and conjurations are always nonliving unless otherwise stated. Killer bees are a creature therefore they are inherently living.

Are they inmune to idol of pestilence and similar spells?
How many damage they suffer if you use an attack zone as ring of fire?
Do they sufer damage for a cloud of poison in one zone?

Ive read that bees gain Life from the three of the druid, bit the tree put that affect living creatures and conjurations and the bees dont have living in any place. Can Anyone explain?

This armor gains tokens of armor every turn with a limit of three, but what occurs if you loose all armor tokens and you have corrode tokens?, Do you loose all corrode tokens too?

Are those all spoilers? i miss a familiar for druid and elementalist.

The Druid has Vine Trees, Seedling Pods, Samara Trees...

She does not need a familiar.

The Elementalist, well, let us see how it goes. It might not work well with one.

Druid also has Fellela.

Fellela its nature mage, not only druid, i was asking for a familiar that could help to summon plant/vine spells, not only enchantments.


Beastmaster academy got one, Why not druid academy? Felella itīs too expensive for my taste.
You all ready have the vine tree, don't make Druid even more broken.😀

hahaha , only asking for more variety, they can do familiar that forbid another to avoid overpower, but itīs good to have several to get more variety in strategy, Maybe a tree creature that you can bond but only can make level 1 plant spells. pe.

Im not asking for overpower a mage, only to get more variety of strategics.

Hello, with my friend we are testing a new rule, its a suggestion cuz we believe itīs interested.

Since the beggining of the game we saw that flying creatures are too powerfull, but when you quit the flying they dont suffer, you know when a plane lose flying in the air, its a messy, then we thing, because we were a bit tired of confronting the angels of another friend, we made a rule. When you lose flying you get a bash in the same manner as a push against a wall, and several attacks that we think that quit the flying permanently or temporal do the bash damage, for example a Thornslasher have a snatch attack, we thought that if you susscess in snach the flying creature, the flying creature normally go against the floor, them a bash attack.

What do you believe? itīs logical? overpower?

Vine markers can only be used to ignore the range of a spell targeting the vines zone, object's in that zone, or bordering that zone. So you cannot use a vine to ignore the range into an adjacent zone.


Hypothetically, if the burst of thorns attack had a 0 - 1 Range then you could since the vine is making the attack and the spell is targeting the vine and not the necromancer. However that's not the case here

i was using the new barb of darts (i believe its that name) doblestrike with piercing 2 , i saw their range its 0-1, an i think i could use them to target the necromancer with obscure.

hello, My opponent have obscure trait (necromancer) and have one vine in the adjacent zone, im 2 zones away, Can i target the vine to make an attack to the necromancer? i have my doubst becouse necro itīs 2 zones away from me but only one from my vine.

Can anyone clarify?
