My attempt at some spicy memes! I was gonna insert the images in the thread, but I am n00b, so you get clicky links instead.

This one is for you Puddn:

Good ideas boys! Will research and update  :D

Ps: You missed the bold off of the Purify/Remove Curse heading.

The Purify/Remove Curse heading is a subset of the "Revealing ET after a ”Pay Cost” step when your opponent is casting a spell, to interrupt and counter the spell"-heading.

I updated the thread a little bit today, mainly to include a remark for Drown, since that card came up recently.

2 games done so far! I actually forgot to set a timer in my game with Shoopufff, so a friendly remember to do it, unless both are ok with a longer game.

Speed as in tournament done by months end, not the matches themselves.

Absolutely agree, we should just adopt the "Restrictions And/Or Clarifications" part of the admw rules. Better to have one standard  :)

Should all games be recorded? I will probably do commentary on my own games, but even if games get uploaded without commentary, I'm sure someone will find it interesting.

It is nice to have video proof in case of disputes, since we do not have judges. However, as far as I recall, there has never been any disputes, and we are not playing for any real prizes here, so it is not 100% necessary.

Alright, I mashed the thing together, let's get it rolling. https://challonge.com/q8100e1o

I rolled a die to mix "group B".

There is a new voting/predictions system on Challonge. No idea how it works, so I turned it on obviously, you can win imaginary internet points.

Someone on Reddit linked this article about the world's first actual wargame "Little Wars", created by none other than H.G. Wells, who'd had thunk?

It doesn't have a lot in common with MW, but I thought it was an interesting read, and I know a lot of you guys like studying rules as well, so if you're curious:
