Is there step phases with creature special abilities bar? Aka, is there any step to reveal a Poisoned Blood after player declare he gonna sacrifice his Grey Angel?

It's like the Bim-Shalla healing: No casting steps, no possibility to reveal Poisoned Blood (because it's not a quick spell .... it's a creatures ability).
You would have to reveal poisoned blood after the creature is activated and before your opponent announces its action.
Akiro, I have never prayed to you before. No one will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought, or why we died. All that matters is that one stood against many. That's what's important! Valor pleases you, Akiro... so grant me strength! And if you do not listen, then to HELL with you!

Come to think of it, I almost lost a game to that interaction. Huh. Turns out I'll let my opponents do things I shouldn't.  ::)
I can take the fun out of anything. It's true; here, look at this spreadsheet.

This one is interesting!
(I continue my reading of topics down to may 2104)

Is there a rule about the creature's non-attack bars?

It is all in the rules for revealing enchantments (page 19, Rulebook Mage Wars Arene Core Set):

Quote
WHEN CAN YOU REVEAL?

You can reveal an enchantment immediately after
any step, phase, or action in the game.

•    At the end of any Phase of the game round.
•    Immediately after a creature is activated, before it
chooses its actions for the turn.
•    Immediately after a creature completes an action,
such as an attack, moving, or casting a spell.
•    At  the  end  of  any  of  the
steps  for  an  attack,  casting a spell, or moving.
•    You   can   reveal   an   enchantment   immediately
after it is cast, right after the Resolve Spell Step.
When an enchantment is “resolved” it is placed
face   down   as   a   hidden   enchantment.   Then,
immediately after it has resolved, you may choose
to reveal it at the end of that step.
•    You cannot interrupt an event to reveal
an enchantment.

The list does *not* contain a creature's non-attack abilities. Neither does such an abilitiy fit into the categories step, phase or action. Therefore it is not possible to reveal an enchantment as a reaction to the use of such an ability.

I agree with that.
I asked generally, because there could be other situations in which a rule could be usefull.

The rules regarding special actions are covered on page 11 of the Arena rulebook. Basically, unless they specifically say they're used like a spell, attack, move, or something else that includes steps on the card, their default operation is as just another action you can take, similar to guard, which does not involve any sub-steps. You do it and then it's done, so your opponent's only time to respond is either before or after it's done (it is an action and they can respond after it's done, just at no time during it to try and counter it).

Congrats on your 40 banana sticker, Zuberi.

I think at this point most people have given up on ever catching up with zuberi lol. He's just so good at helping people and so quick to do so that by the time anyone else sees a rules question he's already on it. :)
