"Das" is the gender neutral singular "the"... but you have 4 bears, and even if you want to say "the bear" it would be "Der Bär" (masculine) or "Die Bär" (feminine, as in the matriarch bear).  So may I suggest...

Vier Bären
(four bears)

Also, "vier" is pronounced like the English word "fear," so there's an extra pun for English speakers.

As to why these are German bears is another question...
