The more I think about domination the more I want to play it. So, I made a domination book around the Necromancer and Skeletons. 

the scourger concept might be out there but the scourger with sentinel of vtar seems like a good play since he has counterstrike. also i can use iguana regrowth on him if needed or I can throw it on my mage. 

Everything else is pretty straight forward. I may end up adding bats if i need to fly over a wall

This looks good at first glance, but there are a couple things missing imho.

1) You have no healing spells (aside from the Deathlink, which is conditional, expensive and slow, and Iguana Regrowth). A Bleed or two, or some Burns, are going to ruin your day! If you take an early V'tar lead, there's little preventing an opponent from just killing you - aside from the walls, but there are ways around those. I highly recommend a couple Siphon Life or Mend or a stronger Regrowth effect (and maybe a Rhino Hide or Brace Yourself) to at least give you an out.

2) Idol of Pestilence is such a huge threat to living swarms that I find I cast it in almost every Domination match (as Necro). It really forces the enemy to either deal with it or completely change their strategy - and that allows you an advantage scooping up orbs. It also makes killing Sslaks easier.

3) I've had mixed results with Blightheart, and lately prefer Turghut (ranged and piercing options) and Mort (Regen for all your skellies, including Walls!).

To make room, I'd probably cut Arcane Corruption (too conditional, and Enchants aren't used as much in Domination as in Arena, in my experience), maybe Deathlink (if other cheaper/faster healing is included), Elemental Wand, Skeletal Knight, and V'tar Suppression (you have the tools to win a V'tar race and this will rarely be a good play).
