Just a note vs the forcemaster. I believe pushing her through a wall of thorns is 5 attacks so it removes 3 forcefield tokens and hits for 2 attacks

an answer from shadow would be official.  but in my estimation here is how it would go down.

this response is based off of the rule "the owner of a creature chooses when effects happen to it during upkeep"

Warlock- i choose to heal the 2 damage from deathlink.  i then take the 1 damage from the idol.

deathlinked creature with regenerate- i choose to regenerate first since it will save my life, then i take the 2 damage from deathlink, then i take 1 from the idol.

the owner of the deathlinked creature could also do this if he choose

deathlinked creature with regenerate- if im at full health i can choose to take the 2 damage from deathlink, then regenerate, then take the 1 damage from idol.  whichever would leave me with the most health at the end i can do them in any order.

i should also note if the owner of the creature WANTS it to die for some reason. he can choose an order that will cause the creature to die is it his option.

to further clarify, moonglow amulet for example, does not have a channeling value. so it cannot be the target of a harmonize.

same goes for mana flower and mana crystal.

if you want to harmonize your mage you have to pay the magebind value.  also you can only do this once as you can only have one object of the same name attached to your mage

this is similar to my earth wizard build when we were playtesting it.  although I used lots of large creatures.  I more or less would throw out a gate to voltari and mana crystals every turn.  I would summon hydras and other large arcane creatures with the gate while I ramped up my mana, at channeling 15 or so you cast an earth elemental every other turn or an iron golem every turn.  once you have the army up and running support it with teleports (preferably teleporting your target to your group of stompies) and attack with hurl boulder combined with sniper shot to handle any defenses you think are a problem

I love theme builds but as I haven't seen the movie I cant comment on the suitableness of anything really.

also I think a mage trained in arcane, dark and mind might be a bit much.....  they would have to have some serious restrictions.

I don't know about stun lock, but my priestess build runs mostly around 4 hand of bim shallas out (6 in the book so I can recast them) plus temple of light, and my priestess having bear strength plus staff.

that's 4 dice (staff) plus 4 dice (hand) plus 2 dice (bear strength)

that's 10 dice without a battle fury.  plus you can always use the healing if necessary, along with a few tricks to help with positioning, force push, teleport, etc.

I would also note with the forcefield, I believe that activates before defenses, so if you have tokens those have to be used first, then you can decide on a defense.

lol.  congrats on the win!  and ya know i love this game.  even though im a playtester i actually dont win all that often.  probibly because the person i playtest with is some kind of card game god that never loses.  it doesnt matter what game if it has cards his win ratio is through the roof, even war machine.  problem is whenever he tries to explain his thought process on his decisions they dont make any sence at all.  but it works for him

i dont see why everyone thinks a female warlock is a witch.

a female warlock is still a warlock, and a male witch is still a witch.

a warlock is someone who has bound themself to some form of demonic entity.

a witch has a far more inward magic of manipulation and illusion, usualy binding him or herself to a familiar (usualy against its will)

lol he was fun to hang out with.  we had a long discussion about the warlock, idol of pestilance build. and the hawkeye lightning ring discussion jump started my lightning wizard equipment/enchantment build.  it was kind of funny i had 2 battle forges in that deck.
